Private Event Terms + Conditions

Non-refundable deposit of $175 for all packages. (Please note, deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another event.)

All packages, with number of attendees, must be finalized two weeks prior to the event date.

Service fee: A fee of $50 will be added to the bill for any incidentals that occur during the event.

Outside vendors, such as catering companies, entertainment, florists, videographers, and photographers, will be an additional $300 fee per vendor.

Custom flower designs can be arranged with our floral department and can be booked with our Greenhouse staff: 908.879.2696.

Cancellation policy: 14 days notice must be given for cancellations. If you cannot reschedule your event, the deposit will be forfeit. All events are transferable.

If your event requires supplies, we will transport them for you to the tasting room and patio area. We do not allow personal vehicles to be driven to these areas for the safety of our guests and employees.

Final payment: All payments must be finalized at check-in of the event.

All restrooms on the farm are portable toilets.

Alcohol policy: no outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol consumed on site must stay within the tasting room or the fenced in patio area.

Our Staff: Our staff will be available and on site for all events and will check in with guests as permitted. Contact information of designated staff will be given when events are planned.

No reservations on the following days: Mother’s Day Weekend, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday
